We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the "Now You Don't" tripod-integrated blind system and our other flagship products.

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them—undamaged and with all hardware included.

  • Items must be returned in their original 150D ripstop fabric skins and packaging whenever possible.

  • Because we utilize specialized materials like carbon fiber and lightweight ripstop, we want to ensure everything arrived in "battle-ready" condition.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong camo skin, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

International Returns & Refused Shipments

For our international customers:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customs duties, VAT, and local taxes paid to your government are non-refundable by Tyrant Solutions USA.

  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping costs or fees incurred by Tyrant Solutions will be deducted from your final refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
