To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them—undamaged and with all hardware included.

Items must be returned in their original 150D ripstop fabric skins and packaging whenever possible.

International Returns & Refused Shipments
For our international customers:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customs duties, VAT, and local taxes paid to your government are non-refundable by Tyrant Solutions USA.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping costs or fees incurred by Tyrant Solutions will be deducted from your final refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
